This popular Gulf Front unit has breathtaking views of the beach and Gulf from nearly every room! Cathedral ceilings and added windows make this unit exceptionally spacious and flooded with light. Extensive renovations have created a dramatic open concept kitchen with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The large dining area is surrounded by windows and is perfect for watching the world-famous sunsets on Longboat Key. The master bedroom features a wall of windows looking directly out onto the Gulf. You will wake up to the sights and sounds of the waves lapping against the shore.
The unit sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master suite, twin beds in the guest bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living area. For your entertainment, flat screen televisions are located in the living room area and both bedrooms, and Frontier FIOS and WIFI. To provide a truly turnkey experience, the unit also contains collections of books, games, pool and beach toys, a portable crib, high chair, beach cooler and beach towels.
Your complete comfort and satisfaction is important to us, so we make sure our unit is continually updated. Recent 2020 additions include a new patio set, fresh new décor, and a luxurious new Tommy Bahama mattress and bedding in the master suite.
The complex features a heated pool, shuffleboard court, full tennis court and an immaculate private, white sandy beach. Other free guest amenities include a common laundry facility located next to the main office, outdoor barbeque grills, a picnic area overlooking the Gulf and plentiful chaise lounges on the beach.
The property is ideally located mid-key, close to a myriad of shops, restaurants, activities and museums. We are just a few miles from Mote Marine, St. Armand’s Circle, and the popular Bridge Street area on Anna Maria Island. Boat and bike rentals, kayak tours, parasailing, golf, fishing and so much more are all nearby. For meals, you can pick up groceries at Publix or gourmet takeout at Harry’s, both of which are just down the street. Or dine out at a wide array of restaurants right on the Key, including a beach bar and fine dining right next door at the Zota Beach Resort. Many casual restaurants are in the area, or you can opt for world class dining at the new Shore or Mar Vista restaurants on the north end of the island.
