Make this your vacation beach house in Samara's coveted neighborhood of Canto De Los Gavialanes! It is a 5 minute flat walk to the beach and town.
This recently renovated 4 bedroom house is within a 5 minute walk to multiple beaches and town. It has AC, Starlink internet, 2 safes for personal items, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens so plenty of space for friends and large families. This is on a quiet street with plenty of parking on it, la petite school/pizzeria/grocery a block away and parking inside gate for golf carts/atvs/Motos/bikes. There is a safe for your valuables.
Enjoy a dip in the pool to cool off after a long day at the beach, watch monkeys visit the trees from the upstairs windows or pop around the corner for some of Samara's best pizza. You will be relaxed here...but never bored!
