This Fort Myers Beach condominium encompasses the top (fifth) floor front corner of the Estero Beach Club beachfront building and boasts straight-on unobstructed views of the Gulf. Every window faces West over the pool and beach into spectacular sunsets. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom property has 1400 square feet of living space including the outdoor lanai and is a premier condo at Estero Beach Club. This property has never been rented and was recently updated with new flooring, electrical, lighting, furnishings, supplies and amenities by the new owners. The new owners are Vrbo Premier Partners with 5* reviews over ten years for excellent guest service renting two other condos in this same building.
You cannot be closer to the beach, and this condo is directly above the heated beachfront pool and jacuzzi. There are no long corridors to carry your beach gear through because this condo is across from the elevator and right on the sand! Enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the dolphins feed in the shallows near the sand bar in front of the condo. Later, enjoy your dinner as you listen to the seagulls and waves while you watch the sunset from the private West facing lanai. The electric shutters offer optional privacy and protection from storms that may blow in from the Gulf. A beach buggy, coolers, beach canopy, beach umbrellas/sand auger, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, two coolers and beach totes are all provided. Just bring your sunscreen and swimsuit and hit the beach.

Whether you are relaxing onsite or exploring nearby, this property offers a perfect home base. Estero Beach Club is a small community of 48 privately owned condos and offers a unique boutique beachfront experience. It is walking distance to restaurants on the beach yet far enough away from the action to enjoy a peaceful vacation on what feels like a private beach. It is also the closest beachfront condominium complex to Times Square with a beachfront pool. The free Island Tram (Peak Season Nov-April) and Island Trolley ($1 Year Round) stop directly in front of The Club. This location is great and helps avoid very heavy beach traffic during the winter months when it is backed up for locations further south. Estero Beach Club has a lovely live-in onsite couple who sees to maintenance and is available to answer questions throughout your stay. The Club is well maintained and guest requests are addressed promptly. Each condominium at Estero Beach Club is furnished and self-managed by individual owners, so the quality of furnishings, design, cleanliness, amenities and rates vary. We take pride in providing an upscale experience, many of our guests return every year and we host guests for special occasions year round.
This beachfront property can accommodate up to six guests. The two inviting ensuite bedrooms feature comfortable king beds and views of the beach through large windows. The primary suite has its own seating area, a king bed, 55' smart TV, private Juliet balcony, walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. The primary suite also has a second private entrance which is convenient for guests who may have different schedules. The second bedroom has a king bed, a large window overlooking the Gulf and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in tile shower. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper comfortable for two additional guests.
The condo is furnished with hotel quality white linens, high quality kitchen supplies including Henckels cutlery, Zwilling ceramic cookware, and many extra amenities no usually provided in vacation rentals. The stainless-steel appliances are well maintained, and the French door refrigerator has an ice maker with a purified water dispenser. We supply paper products including toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, tin foil, kitchen spices and cooking spray. Each bathroom has a hair dryer.
Every room has high speed Blast WIFI, premium cable and a Smart TV. The new 65” LG OLED C5 TV in the great room is perfect for sports fans and movie nights.
This layout of this condo works well for two couples, a group of friends or families with older children due to the privacy and convenience of its two ensuite bedrooms. You can see each other and communicate from the pool to the lanai, look out over the pool to the beach and into the Gulf's incredible sunsets. You will enjoy the privacy this top floor location provides.
One free reserved parking space is included with your reservation. Additional free parking permits may be requested in the onsite office and are based upon availability. Between May and December, additional parking is usually available and between January - April it is more limited.
Families: Please note that incontinence wear including swim diapers are not permitted in the swimming pool. This is an Estero Beach Club policy. This condo is best suited for adults and children over 10 and is not child proofed. Child friendly furnishings, a toddler bed, pack-n-play and high chairs are not provided or available. Fort Myers Beach is a family friendly area with many activities. Having a view of the pool from the lanai is convenient, especially for parents wanting to check on older children below. Running up to the condo from the pool is very easy for breaks, naps or to grab a snack!
Kitchen: Sunny, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. (Double oven, stove, refrigerator w/ice maker and purified water dispenser, dishwasher and microwave.) All kitchen supplies are new. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker+filters, a traditional coffee pot, espresso machine, air fryer, Ninja blender/food processor, 4 slot toaster, and hand mixer.
Living Room: Leather pullout sofa sleeper and two chairs. Watch the game on the new LG 65" OLED C5 Smart TV or the waves through the many windows looking out over the Gulf. The condo has Premium Xfinity cable with DVR capability in all rooms with upgraded high-speed Blast WIFI.
Primary Suite: Wake up to the tops of palm trees and spectacular views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the comfortable king bed. This bedroom boasts a picture window and private Juliet balcony with BIG TIME VIEWS and its own seating area with two reclining chairs. A walk-in closet with felt hangers and an eight-drawer dresser provide storage to get settled during your stay. Enjoy your own private entrance and the 55” Smart TV with Xfinity premium cable, DVR capability and many apps.
Primary Ensuite Bathroom: Walk-in tile shower with elevated shower head for taller guests. Hair dryer, soap, toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels and washcloths are provided.
Second Bedroom: Comfortable king bed with large west facing window for views of the beach in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Six drawer dresser, closet, and a 55” Samsung Smart TV with many apps and Premium Cable.
Second Ensuite Bathroom: Private bathroom with walk-in tile shower and elevated shower head for taller guests. Hair dryer, soap, toilet paper, facial tissue, white bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels and washcloths are provided.
Work/Study Space: If you must work or study on your vacation, you will appreciate the spacious dining room table, desk in the primary suite, and WIFI printer. Basic office supplies are also provided.
Coin/App laundry is next to the pool with a big picture window and views of the pool and beach. Doing laundry never looked so good!
All guests must be listed on the Estero Beach Club Registration Agreement.

Includes a one-week supply of towels and one set of clean sheets on each bed. Cleaning and linen service is available at an additional charge for longer stays.
Stays four weeks or longer will receive one complimentary mid-stay cleaning.

Hurricane & Tropical Storm Cancellation Policy:
The official season for tropical storms and hurricanes in Southwest Florida is June 1 - November 30, with the most damaging storms historically occurring from mid-September to mid-October. To avoid misunderstandings with guests, we have established an amenable policy common to vacation rentals. Tropical storms and hurricanes are impossible to predict so guests should protect themselves by purchasing travel insurance. Rates are lower in these months to account for this additional expense. If you choose to cancel, we will gladly work with you to reschedule but cannot refund if your cancellation is made outside the standard cancellation policy.
