One of the things that makes this neighborhood special is the story behind it.

The building was once abandoned, and we poured a lot of heart and effort into rebuilding it and turning it into a welcoming community for both long-term residents and short-term guests.

Today, it’s become a place we’re truly proud of. We have a fantastic courtyard, plenty of outdoor games, and a very family-friendly atmosphere that guests and residents enjoy. The location is secure and conveniently situated in the heart of Mt. Sterling, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and other local establishments, making it easy to get anywhere you need to go.

One of our favorite parts? The sunset views — they’re absolutely beautiful and something we never get tired of sharing with our guests.
