Clean! Absolutely lovely unit and exactly as described. Good location & nice walk/run/bike trail just across the road. Quiet neighborhood. Samantha was very responsive to questions or concerns. Highly recommend VRBO unit and host!

Hi Kim, thank you so much for the complement on the house! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I'd love the opportunity to clarify here for future travelers: -The home and other homes in the neighborhood during an unprecedented heat wave had milipedes in the yards. -A milipede is a slow moving, harmless insect and a centipede is a fast moving, darting insect. There were no centipedes on the property. - We diligently work with our regular team of cleaners to ensure there are no pests in and around the home. -We invest in a year-round pest prevention service. My final point would be that communication is an essential aspect to a perfect stay. I always reach out during a stay to ensure it is going smoothly. All the best, Samantha
