About this property

Perfect location, on the ocean block! No streets to cross to the ocean entrance. Located in heart of Lavallette on the ocean side of Grand Central, near Little Mia's, Meg's and Cornerstone Liqours. The two story back house has three bedrooms, two upstairs and one down, two bathrooms, one on each floor, laundry is upstairs. There is as a fully stocked kitchen, dining room table that sits eight and beautifully decorated living room. There is an outdoor shower, deck with a dining table and gas propane BBQ, as well as an outdoor seating area and a clothesline on the side of the house complete the outdoor living area.

Tastefully updated beach cottage, brand new washer/dryer, dishwasher and gas stove.
The house has a combination of stand up and window AC units in each room. There are two smart tvs with high speed internet . The driveway is reserved for the back house.

Oceanside Cottage Delight

Our family really enjoyed this charming Lavallette 3 bedroom cottage. The modern amenities combined with a little rustic charm, antiques, comfortable beds, laundry room and two nice bathrooms really met our needs. The cottage is a short walk to the beach and offered lots of privacy as it is tucked behind another house. The outside front deck was a plus and of course the outdoor shower a must! Available off street parking was nice too. All in all, we would love to return next year!

Wonderful shore home

We had a great stay at Susan's shore home. Communication was great and the house was as described and comfortable to enjoy whether spending time inside or out on the deck. Perfect location to the beach and walking/biking distance to all the great things Lavallette has to offer.

Location!

Myself, my husband, our two boys and my older mother all stayed in this home and it was absolutely perfect. First floor bedroom and bathroom made life easier for my mother. So close to the beach and to so many great things in Lavallette, quick walk or bike ride away from everything you could want! Susan was great from check in and the house was beautiful, will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful beach week

We had a wonderful week on the beach. House was clean and location was fantastic. Anything we needed or questions we had the owners were quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.
