Experience privacy and serenity in this newly built coastal farmhouse-inspired vacation home, nestled within the residential area of Savannah Homes by Jaguar Reef Resort. The vacation rental includes a main house with an open floor plan featuring a fully stocked kitchen, living room, and dining area which opens to a screened in porch. The main house includes two bedrooms, a queen sofa bed in the living room, full bathroom, and laundry facilities, connected by a breezeway to a master suite with a king bed, private bathroom, kitchenette, and private screened in porch with a moon deck. From the breezeway you can go to the back of the house down the stairs to a seating area in a private garden. Both units have A/C. Take in the charming views of Hopkins from your deck, the Mayan Mountains, or enjoy a quick three-minute stroll to access the beach and amenities of the Lodge at Jaguar Reef. A unique feature is the home offers a high level of privacy while being a short stroll to the beach. When you walk back from the beach, you can rinse your feet at the base of the stairs. With a spacious kitchen and living area, it’s a perfect choice for families and groups. A minimum two night stay is required.

This is a beauty house that in an ideal location. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but across the street is a high end resort with all the amenities available to us at no additional charge. We were able to use two pools and sea front with lounge chairs with drink and food service, they even provided free towels.There are a number of restaurants and entertainment available.Hopkins itself has miles of beach front and the property manager set us up with fishing, snorkeling, mountain climbing, zip lining and horseback riding. Truly an amazing experience

From start to finish the process was easy. Rosie is attentive and knowledgeable about the area and willing to help. The location is family friendly. What we really enjoyed was the breeze in the evening we sat outside on the veranda and it was quite nice. The place is close to town and nearby restaurants. Most importantly, for us the bed was comfortable and the place is clean! We would definitely recommend and stay again. BestMunnings Family
