The vacation rental includes a main house with an open floor plan featuring a fully stocked kitchen, living room, and dining area which opens to a screened in porch. The main house includes two bedrooms, a queen sofa bed in the living room, full bathroom, and laundry facilities, connected by a breezeway to a master suite with a king bed, private bathroom, kitchenette, and private screened in porch with a moon deck. From the breezeway you can go to the back of the house down the stairs to a seating area in a private garden. Both units have A/C. Take in the charming views of Hopkins from your deck, the Mayan Mountains, or enjoy a quick three-minute stroll to access the beach and amenities of the Lodge at Jaguar Reef. A unique feature is the home offers a high level of privacy while being a short stroll to the beach. When you walk back from the beach, you can rinse your feet at the base of the stairs. With a spacious kitchen and living area, it’s a perfect choice for families and groups. A minimum two night stay is required.
