Live large! Picture yourself in downtown Traverse City this summer: take your shoes off, head up to the rooftop deck with a beverage and watch the boats on the bay. When you’re ready, put your bathing suit on, grab the beach chairs, cross the street and take a dip in the bay. Hungry? Choose from over 30 restaurants in a six-block radius or run to our high-end neighborhood market for local produce, wine, fresh meat, and seafood to bring home and prepare a meal in the gourmet kitchen.
You’ll find every amenity you need in our fully furnished home. It’s only available in the summer, so take advantage early for this unique opportunity. We offer a fully appointed kitchen, two bedrooms with comfortable, new queen size beds and two full bathrooms. There is also a queen sofa bed in the loft. If you are here during the Fourth of July or Cherry Festival, you can watch the air show and fireworks from the rooftop deck.
Our home also features a hot tub and gas fire pit on the third-floor decks. We provide beach chairs and towels for your convenience, along with a washer and dryer. There is a 50-inch flat-screen TV with Bluetooth soundbar.
The first floor has a separate efficiency apartment. All the floors are 4" thick concrete, so you will not likely to hear any noise. However, we ask that after 10 p.m., noise is kept to a minimum. Due to triple pane windows and super insulation, you will not hear any exterior noise inside the house.
We are being selective about who we rent to; we are looking for people who will love our house as much as we do. We are seasoned VRBO travelers and know what's important when it comes to selecting the perfect place to stay. We will be nearby to assist you with anything you need. We offer a comprehensive, online guide to our house and the surrounding areas.
** PLEASE NOTE: Major road construction will be happening throughout Traverse City this summer, including Grandview Parkway, the road that runs along West Bay, so expect delays and detours.** Search Traverse City Ticker (traverseticker.com) articles for full details.
