Walk to downtown, the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 free parking spots on site / self check in. The unit is immaculately cleaned between guest. Owned and operated by a retired dentist and a working RN. A definite gem.

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip bed sheets, leave comforters and pillows on beds please. Bed sheets and dirty towels can be left in the 2 laundry baskets provided.
Remove garbage & recycling ( green lid ) located in alley next yo sign.
Please wipe down kitchen countertops of food crumbs to prevent ants.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Traverse City ordinance has a quiet time set for 11pm-7 am. No fireworks on property.
