This townhouse is in an ideal location right next to Mango Hill market place with Coles virtually at your doorstep and the train station right across the road! Westfield North Lakes is within walking distance and features an abundance of restaurant and shops including Ikea, Target, K-Mart, Big W and Event cinemas. The property features 3 bedrooms and can sleep 6 people. Master bedroom comprises of 1 king bed, ensuite, air con, ceiling fan and large robes. Bedroom 2 comprises of 1 double bed with both a ceiling fan and air conditioning. Bedroom 3 comprises of 2 singles beds and both a ceiling fan and air conditioning. There is another bathroom for guests and an additional powder room with toilet downstairs. In the kitchen you will find an oven, gas cook-top, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, rice cooker plus all plates/glasses/cutlery/pots and pans. In the meals area there is a dining table which seats 6 and we even have a highchair for the little ones. The lounge features a 43" smart TV and lounge suite along with air conditioning. We have toys, books and car road mat to keep the little ones entertained. There is a study nook with a desk and chair. In the private courtyard you will find an outdoor lounge to relax on as well as an umbrella for shade, kids cubby house and kids cozy coupe ride on car. The home is strictly non smoking this includes in the courtyards and common property within the complex. The complex features a communal pool in which my guests are able to use. If you have transport, we have a remote control double garage to secure your car in. There is also off street parking right in front of the townhouse. Need an airport transfer? We do offer airport pick up and drop offs for a fee, please enquire when booking. We have WI-FI and it is free for our guests. For safety and security, the home and complex features exterior CCTV and a smart doorbell located at the front entrance

Stayed for over 2 weeks, flew in from UK, visiting family.
Location was excellent, so close to shops and station, and other amenities.
Our Grandchildren loved coming round to play in the garden, and the toys and play area were a welcome bonus.
House itself was clean, kitchen had all that we needed, beds were really comfortable, had really good wardrobe space in the rooms. Couldn't fault the property and it lived up to the photos.
Communication with Isak before we travelled over was excellent, and instructions they sent over prior to us travelling was very helpful.
Having had to wait over two years to get over and see our Grandchildren, being able to stay close by, in such a lovely house certainly helped our stay to be more memorable. Would definitely stay again.

Exceptional home for our family to stay in
Stunningly comfortable, spotless and well considered home away from home which our family fell in love with. All mod cons and lovingly presented - we all loved it!
Check in instructions were easy to follow. Property modern and clean with plenty of resources. Swimming pool was nice. Shops, restaurants and public transport within easy walk. Would definitely stay again.
Property contained all that was listed on the advertisement AND MORE!!Welcome chocolates definitely a BONUS!!Property was clean, very spacious, and plenty of bathrooms which is always nice.Heating/cooling system was on point also.Check-In / Check-out process very simple and therefore all went smoothly and without fuss.Really cannot fault this property nor the landlord/management of it!!Highly recommend folks!
We had such an amazing stay! Thank you so much! Was ridiculously easy to check in and out and find everything we needed when we got there. House was pristine and the kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook our own meals. We were so grateful for the baby gates, portacot and play area for the kids, just meant we didn't have to bring everything including the kitchen sink with us! Location is fabulous and it was fantastic to be able to use the pool. We were close to our family nearby as well as shops, parks, restaurants, motorway, etc. The house is deceptively big and our family of 6 (mum, dad, nana, 6 yr old and 1 year old) all had their own space when they needed it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED the property to all our friends for family to come stay and hopefully we can book again when we visit in future!
House was very clean & had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Location was perfect for us, close to family, shops, places to eat & easy to get to.
Booking process was easy & communication was very clear & helpful. The cubby house, kids toys & board games were great & little things like basic soaps, detergent etc, meant we had all we needed. Beds were very comfy too! Highly recommend
We enjoyed our short stay at this spotless, quiet and comfortable townhome. It was perfect for us since we didn't want to worry about trying to take a car into downtown Brisbane for the day. From near this house, one can take a train, as we did, into the Brisbane CBD OR for a short ride in the other direction to the coastal town of Redcliffe. The townhome is located in a pleasant suburban neighborhood and we walked to a nearby cafe for breakfast. The hosts are very amiable and hospitable and provided transport to and from the airport for a reasonable fee. We recommend this place as a nice alternative to staying closer in to busy Brisbane.

Isak was very easy to deal with and his place was perfect for us. Great to have the enclosed outdoor courtyard complete with toys for the young children with us. Having a Coles and other shops walking distance away and the train station so close made it perfect for us. Thanks heaps Isak.
From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. This home has every modern comfort for a family. It is bright and open with plenty of indoor/outdoor spaces to enjoy. The living and dining downstairs are perfect for enjoying food and relaxing. The upstairs bedrooms are roomy, cosy and the beds are absolutely beautiful and comfortable. There was plenty of room to fit everyone and the whole place was immaculately clean. The undercover, secure parking was an added bonus. We would LOVE to stay again next visit.
Very neat, tidy, well appointed modern home. Catered really well for kids with toys, books, etc. Had a great family feel. Great complex, great location. We were there in winter so didn’t use the shared pool but the complex looks great too.
We had a lovely four weeks stay at Mango Hill. We were 4 adults and 2 infants. The house is spacious, very clean, in a great location, close to the train station and shops. It's perfect for families with children. Ours loved the play corner. We definitely will be back when we are visiting Australia again!
