Experience Hot Springs like a local in this charming 1‑bedroom shop house tucked away in a quiet cove on Lake Hamilton. This cozy retreat offers a comfortable queen bed, a well‑appointed kitchen and bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. With both air conditioning and heating, the home is perfectly equipped for year‑round comfort.
After a day on the lake or exploring Hot Springs, unwind in the inviting living space or step outside to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Guests are welcome to park their boat along the outside of the dock, and there’s plenty of space between the house and the dock for vehicle and trailer parking.
Spend your days sunbathing on the swim dock, enjoying the slide, or relaxing on the covered side porch—this serene lakeside setting is ideal for slowing down and taking it all in. Please note that the garage is not accessible during your stay.

Great property with a beautiful interior! Everything was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood right on the water and only 15-20 minutes from Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs. Would definitely stay here again.
