It was so nice having an enclosed yard so the dog could enjoy being outside in a safe enclosure. The hot tub was so relaxing. And you cannot beat the convenience of this location! We had a wonderful time with our family at this home.

Excellent property that covers all your needs for a downtown Guerneville stay. Convenient river access a block away, and everything else is walking distance within a few blocks. Everything in the house really covers all your needs for a short term rental. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, nice kitchen and it was a perfect spot for our family to regroup before jumping off to a north coast camping trip. Thanks to the hosts, very communicative and they provide lots of info and options thru their portal.

Great location for walking around the town. Clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We will rent it again.
Breakfast is served. The dining table in the VRBO.

This was a comfortable, spacious house in a very central location in Guerneville. Worked great for my family for a long, rainy weekend. We loved the hot tub and being able to easily walk around downtown or to the grocery store.

The house itself was large, clean, and well maintained,and its in a great walkable location. That said, the exterior of the home was less well maintained. For instance there was an old mattress abandoned in the yard, there were lots of leaves that were not cleaned up, and the hot tub had a green residue and an off smell. I ended up cleaning it myself and adding a bromene tablet to the water to make it usable. The taqueria down the street played really loud mexican polka music until 1 am. The noise did not bother me (its a trade off since we can walk everywhere) but the other guests had a hard time with the unexpected noise that we assumed would end at 10pm. All in all, its a beautiful house in a great location that just needs a little love in the yard and hot tub.
