Enjoy a secluded mountain setting that’s easy to access, and yet still be close to all the wonderful area attractions. Sunset Ridge is just minutes from historic downtown Waynesville, the Maggie Valley Festival Grounds, Cataloochee Ski Resort and Tube World.

Cherokee, the Harrah’s Casino, Soco Falls, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are also just a short drive away.

When you first arrive at Sunset Ridge, you’ll find parking for 4 or more vehicles, including a covered carport. Step onto the wraparound deck and soak in the glorious views, outdoor dining area, propane grill, fire pit, and the amazing hot tub. The backyard even offers a second fire pit area to enjoy.

As you walk through the front door, you’ll be delighted by the stylish and welcoming decor, new furnishings, and stunning views, and with Starlink internet, guests working on vacation or families streaming or gaming will have all the internet speed they need. There are also smart TVs in every bedroom and both living areas.

Sunset Ridge has a lovely open floor plan. It invites friends and family to gather together and enjoy the wood burning fireplace or a home cooked meal in the beautiful dining area, while never losing sight of the mountains. Easy access to the deck makes for true indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can possibly need for cooking and dining and there is a half bath and laundry room for our guest’s convenience.

Also on the first floor, you’ll find a gorgeous master suite with a king bed, tv and high quality linens. The attached full bath offers a soaking tub, walk in shower and double vanity. This spa like retreat is the perfect escape after a day of hiking or skiing.

Travel upstairs and your find a loft living area with an arcade game table, tv and plenty of board games. A second spacious bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and private work station. A third bunk room sleeps 3 and is a perfect space for kids, and there is a full hall bath on this level for these bedrooms to share.

The access to the house is paved the entire way including the driveway. Winter travelers should note that the driveway is on an incline and if there is snow or ice you will need 4WD or AWD.

Motorcyclists please note that the driveway has an incline and could be challenging to navigate.
