Enjoy morning coffee in the Florida room, stroll to the ocean, and unwind in total comfort. Perfect for couples, small families, or anyone seeking a peaceful, clean, calm beach retreat.

White-sands dog-friendly Butler Beach is about 3 blocks away. You can sit outside the Paladar Cuban restaurant with your pet and have a Café Leche, if you like coffee. They also have delicious Cuban sandwiches.

Also, you can walk to the Matanzas River to watch beautiful sunsets.

Historic Saint Augustine city is about a 15-minute drive up A1A and is nice to walk around; also very dog-friendly.

The property was great for our small family! The backyard was spacious and our dog loved it! The location was great. We did have to wipe down a few surfaces when we arrived, but otherwise a great stay!

Walking into the house brought a feeling of calm with it's soft beachy vibes. We had everything we needed for our stay and our dogs loved the back yard. Having a washer and dryer on site was a big plus. Being within walking distance to the dog friendly beach was nice. We hope to return to St. Augustine and hope this house will be available for our stay.

Thank you so much! These guests were absolutely wonderful to host. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making the entire stay smooth and stress-free. They took great care of the home, left everything very clean, and even went above and beyond by doing extra cleaning before checkout, which was truly appreciated. They followed all house rules and treated the property with respect. We would happily welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts

Great place! There was plenty of room for us. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. TVs in the LR and main bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, Keurig coffee pot and even spices. Also a couple of beach chairs to use. One caveat is that, although it is walking distance to the beach (so close!), you have to cross A1A and it's a VERY busy road. With small children or older adults, it would be more practical to drive the very short distance. The host, Mary, was very responsive, pleasant and helpful. We love St. Augustine and overall, we loved our stay at this property. Would recommend!

The host had great communication. Check in/out was easy. The location was awesome! Walkable to the beach and a great cuban restauraunt. We really enjoyed the neighborhood. Dog friendly property. Set up well for a small family or a couple.A few items that could be improved: we like to cook and kitchen was not well stocked at all. No basic spices and cookware was very limited. is we are sensitive to scents, be mindful when plugging in the fabreeze heavy scents in each room.
