The unit was excellent for a family. I've stayed at other units in the Jersey City area, and this one matched the photos in the description the best. It had utensils, some cookware, and toilet paper, which is already an upgrade from other units. It has plenty of sitting space, table space, and kitchen space for most people's needs. It can accommodate 7 if you use one of the couches in the front room. It's a close enough walk to the tram, maybe 10 min., that you can get to anywhere fairly easily in the NYC area as long as you have the time and money to switch between transit systems. It's close to Broadway Street, so there are a decent number of restaurants within walking distance. There is a unit downstairs, but we never heard them or encountered any problems with them. I would recommend this unit to others.
