Great stay!

Great stay overall! We had to clean the cups & plates before using them as they were not entirely clean and the kitchen is missing a few things like measuring cups, whisk, baking tray… but apart from that the place is really cool, close to the Newport subway station (around 12/15 mins walk), close to Target (5 mins walk). The total journey from the place to West Village will take you less than 30 mins, including walking time to the station.

Great place to stay. Neighbor had a party till 2:00am not a big deal for us but a family with kids that night would not have been happy. Overall 8/10

Nice and convenient

I want to start with the good, the owner is super responsive. It was also stocked with coffee and extras which made things really nice for us who took the train in. So, we had no car and had to shop from the target which had same day delivery two blocks away. The Path took us to NY daily and it is walkable during the day. Not the best neighborhood, there are two condemned buildings across the road and a live in homeless across the street. We also had to buy wash clothes as there were none in the apartment. And big thing 3rd bedroom is in the main suit, fine for us as our small child used it, maybe tight for an adult or teen. The house is right on a busy road as well, so it is noisy, the fan helps when you go to sleep. The shower pressure needs help and the tub would not drain accurately. The bathroom toilet wasn’t cleaned, but the closet was stocked with cleaning products, so I just cleaned it. There is a washer and dryer which was really nice, I always travel with laundry soap and dryer sheets to clean our cloths and take clean home and this was great and efficient. Overall, the place served it's purpose for us and with a little care I think this place would be great. We travel and use Verbo a few times a year and it is way better than a hotel any day.

Bon emplacement pour se rendre à New York. À 15 min de marche du métro Newport. À côté des commodités : épicerie, pharmacie, Liquor store, magasin 5 et moins. Très bien pour 7 personnes. Sofa lit peu confortable pour dormir. Le reste était super pour se loger. Le nessaire et plus était la! Tout fonctionnait très bien. Facile à communiquer avec le propriétaire et facile pour l’arrivée et le départ. Stationnement un peu difficile car c’est dans les rues. Il n’y a pas de stationnement privé.
