Enjoy our beautiful 4 bed/2 bath with Pool and game room 15 minutes to Galleria!. Guests will find four comfortable bedrooms, including a king bed, two queen beds, and double bunk bed with 2 full/twin mattresses.

Our modern Family Resort-style 4 bed provides endless entertainment for our guests. This spacious property features a family friendly residence with a pool, pergola, BBQ grill, and is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Our home is conveniently located just minutes from First Colony Mall and Sugar Land’s popular restaurants and pubs and is less than 30 minutes to many of Houston's top destinations!

The single-story house offers a cozy sensation in a spacious floor plan. House features 4 bedrooms sleeps 12 guests. Roomy living area with access to the backyard with beautiful outdoor seating area under pergola & the pool. Full size kitchen equipped with all needed tools to prepare your preferred gourmet connected to laundry room.

Plenty of space & excitement in the backyard gas grill to enjoy a pleasing family BBQ under the lovely pergola and get a quality time on the sofa set beside the pool.
The house is equipped with fast WIFI, 3 large 65” Smart TVs in (living area – master bedroom – entertainment room). A full Kitchen can also be utilized with Toaster, pancake maker, Coffee Maker, Pots, Pans, and dishwasher.

The neighborhood is located in a quiet cul-da-sac on a dead-end street. The lots are large, providing privacy for our guests. The neighborhood is close to Meadows Place, and about 15 to 20 minutes to Galleria Mall and other main attractions!

Our wonder pool and game room with pool table help this home stand out. We also have a large oak tree in the front yard, that makes the land look so majestic!
