▪️Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is a doorbell camera device by the front door facing the entryway, 1 camera is on the back of the house facing the backyard, 1 camera is on the front of the house facing the front yard, 1 camera is on the side of the house facing the side area, and 1 camera is on the other side of the house facing the side area. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The doorbell camera device records sound and video when activated by motion, and the other 4 cameras record sound and video at all times

▪️We’d like to set your expectations that the heated pool temperature will be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heater reaches its limit and is unable to overcome the weather.
▪️To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we perform weekly pest control to keep no-see-ums, mosquitoes, and other insects to a minimum. Florida’s warm, tropical environment can occasionally attract pests, but rest assured, we do everything we can to ensure your stay is enjoyable and relaxing. We’re thrilled to host you and can’t wait for you to create wonderful memories here!
