Regarding the specific details of the property itself: for instance, the house being "much older" and "more worn" than the listing claims. The listing never claimed that the property is neither new or worn down. Most of the house in fact has been renovated recently, both inside and out. The house is very appealing to a lot of people. The upstairs bedroom is separated by dividers and curtains, something that we made no secret of within the listing description and posted photographs. They do provide full privacy. The furniture is not new, but a perfect fit for the cedar cabin and if there are any stains, they are likely made by the complainant. On the complaint of cleanliness, we have everything cleaned professionally. Concerning the roaches, these claims are fabricated due to retaliation from a refusal to refund their total payment because of their change in travel plans. We have a regular pest control professional service coming in and taking care of the inside and the outside. The large mirror is attached to the side of the staircase but not interfering with the railing itself. It is merely a cosmetic piece. The framed picture is mounted on the wall, not the railing. The artificial greenery is simply an aesthetic addition to the wall. The flashing lights at the bottom of the stairs is supposed to illuminate the individual steps, especially during the night time where it may be harder to see the steps. It's to prevent guests from accidentally tripping over the first step, which is a good addition. The fireplace is capped off and is instructed by the sign next to it, which says it cannot be used as a natural fireplace. That is why you have a nice screen meant to imitate a fire and it generates heat if needed. The wrapping around the fireplace is another aesthetic choice. Concerning your coziness, these complaints are subjective preferences of aesthetic but not evidence of neglect or uncleanliness.
