We moved to Alaska 24 years ago for a couple of years and never left! We have raised four Alaskan Kids here and love Seward and Alaska. You will too!

Why they chose this property

My wife and I purchased this home because we fell in love with its fascinating history, location and feel. We could imagine ourselves here in 1905 and wanted to restore and honor this important part of Seward and U.S. History. Right next to library and two blocks from the part and waterfront.

What makes this property unique

Views and walking distance to everything!, period decor, amazing views, proximity to the waterfront, charm and coziness.
