Enjoy a relaxing stay, over looking the Eaglequest golf course!
This newly developed 2 bedroom, walk-out guest suite is the perfect location for guests to be close to downtown, shopping, activities and more!
The suite has everything you`ll need for your stay! A fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with washer & dryer, a beautiful living and dining area and two cozy bedrooms!
The suite is equipped with a full kitchen including a stove/oven, microwave, full size fridge and stove, sink, cutlery, spices and more! If there is something we may have missed, please reach out! I am always happy to accommodate guests as much as possible!
The suite has a desk for guests who may need to work remotely. There is also a dining area to enjoy your meals and comfy couch located right in front of another large smart TV and electric fireplace - Making it extra cozy!
There is a large and spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, large flatscreen smart TV and a sitting area! The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also has a private smart TV for your entertainment. Netflix is available on all TVs in the suite!
A washer and dryer is provided along with laundry detergent and bounce sheets!
Please note that myself, my children and spouse do reside at the property full time. We are very respectful to our guests and abide by our quiet time hours from 9pm-7am.
Guests can contact me via Airbnb during their stay! I am will be happy to answer any questions you have or help anyway that I can!
Please Note: I am typically unavailable during our quiet time hours (9:00pm-7:00am).
The neighborhood is very family friendly! There are many parks in the area for children. Fish Creek National Park is within walking distance - great for a stroll along the river with the family, a solo bike ride or even a jog with the pooch!
We are located on the 16th hole of a golf course which makes for some beautiful greenery in the summer time! It`s also amazing to see the wildlife during the winter and all the colors of the leaves change in the fall!
Guests are welcome to contact me if they have any questions about the area or are looking for recommendations!
Guests can enjoy the convenience of public transit. The nearest bus stop is less than a 3 minute walk!
Guest can also access the C-train from the Southcentre Mall which is approximately a 10 minute drive!
Uber and City taxis are also an option for guests!
We are 20km from downtown!
There is a dog on this property! We have a large mixed breed dog who is very friendly and gives too many kisses, but has a loud bark! If you are afraid of dogs or if you have allergies, I do not suggest booking this suite.
I live in the home with my family full time.
We do not accept unauthorized guests in the suite and have a 4 person maximum policy. Failure to follow will result in extra guest fees and immediate termination of the reservation.
This is our primary residence and we live upstairs full time! Should there be anything you need, please feel free to reach out - I will do my best to accommodate guests needs!
We do not allow unauthorized guests in the suite. Please note; our policy is 4 persons maximum, this includes visitors. There will be a $100 charge per guest, per night for any unauthorized guests.
I am no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out times. Check in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.
We do not accommodate vaping or smoking on the property. A $300 cleaning fee will apply.
This suite is not pet friendly. A $250 pet fee will apply to guests who bring unauthorized pets into the suite and immediate termination of the reservation.
Our quiet time hours are from 9pm-7am. We ask that you please respect quite time hours as we live upstairs. We will also do the same for your family and friends!
We do not host 3rd party bookings. Third party bookings will be immediately terminated.
Please do not wear shoes inside of the suite. This is a walk-out basement suite and we encourage guests to bring indoor shoes or slippers!
Failure to follow these house rules will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
