Beautiful home! Perfect for a big family/group. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was very nice but for the price they should include heating. We enjoyed our stay but left early with the hurricane threat moving in.

My family and friends enjoyed this house so much. It was so clean and the kitchen was stocked. There was a lot of space for our group and the views were spectacular! We loved that that it had a private pool and we also love that every bedroom had it’s own king size bed (except the one bunk bed room) and bathroom. We definitely will be revisiting this property again soon.

This is the perfect place for multiple families. The kitchen/family room was so comfortable and we all sat at 1 table for mealtime. Thats important to us. The rest of the house went beyond my expectations and it was very very clean. The view from all three balconies was spectacular and the pool was a huge hit! We will definitely be back!

Upon arrival we had an issue with the wifi. Our host was very prompt with helping us resolve the issue. Our only negativite with the house was that the oven would not work. The stove top worked but the oven would not. The host tried to get someone to come out to fix it but since we were only there for 3 nights over a long weekend, he wasn't able to get the oven issue fixed before we left. Other than that...the house was amazing.

Great location and gorgeous spacious home right on beach. Easy access to beach. House is new and has all you need for a great beach vacation. All rooms have their own bathrooms. Loved the upper decks to sit and watch the sunrise and sunset. Host is very responsive.

Love bug season created an awful mess. New construction home is beautiful but has some issues to resolve. Place had not been used and since its last cleaning it had not been checked. Love bugs found their way into the house through poor seals and were everywhere. Water had collected in the exhaust fans and poured down when cutting them on. Water damage to the ceiling. These are all construction issues. The host did rectify the bug situation by immediately sending cleaners to go back through the house and clean up. We were also offered a full refund and another house. We stayed at the house because the overall property and layout was right for our size family. The love bugs were still an issue but again that is a construction issue. Once the builder fixes these problems, this will be a great property to stay at.

The whole family heartily approved this house and grounds. From ample and convenient parking to great HVAC to cleanliness, abundance of kitchen appliances, livingroom setup, ample dining seating for our eleven, to the really comfortable and roomy pool and poolside furniture, not to mention the very large refrigerator/freezer and microwave oven and breathtaking ocean view, it couldn’t have been better. There was no house between us and the ocean view. The boardwalk was close by and the depth of the beach made for a very manageable walk. Who could ask for more? (The floor plan was off, however. There were three bedrooms on the lowest level, the bunk room on the main living area, and the other four were on the third floor. All had a restroom, plus a “public” restroom by the living area.) There were two sitting rooms and a generous balcony with plenty of seating.Thank you, Mr. Foy , for a fantastic beach house!
