Welcome to our suite in beautiful Summerland, BC. We are 2 mins from downtown & 20 minutes from Penticton. We have a queen & sofa bed for any extra guests. Kitchen is fully equipped for any meals at home. Includes BBQ, backyard patio, in suite laundry & workspace desk.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac at the base of Little Conkle you are close to many vineyards, hike and bike trails, and the Summerland Steam Train. Visit the local scene or choose it as your base in the Southern Okanagan Valley.

Bedroom has a comfy queen bed and pullout sofa is provided with bed linens with extra single mattress in closet. You can BBQ outside or relax in a backyard garden patio in natural setting on Little Conkle Mt.

Why they chose this property

We are in a quiet cul-de-sac above the Dale Meadows Sport fields. Downtown Summerland is a 2 minute drive from here. Local beaches are 5 minutes away.

Situated at the base of Little Conkle mountain, we see the Summerland Steam Train out our backyard. Close to many vineyards, and trails for hiking or biking.
