“I've got a pocketful, a pocketful of sunshine for sure!” Pinkie loved singalongs and beautiful beach houses. As a curator of fine vacation rentals along Florida's Gulf coast, it was Pinkie's duty to personally inspect each one. “It's a rough job but someone has to do it.” The colorful character Pinkie Flamingo was frequently spotted along the Emerald Coast as she meticulously scoured the land for the best guest nests. Today we are all in luck!

Buzzing through the security gates of Emerald Waters Village, Pinkie was quick to appreciate the popular community just 3 minutes from the pristine waters of The Emerald Coast. The 3-story yellow home beckoned invitingly, and Pinkie pulled in for a closer look.

Multiple wasp/bee nests on the property and our son is allergic to bees (very frustrating when trying to swim in the pool.)No propane in the propane tank.The automatic garage door won’t work and we have to open the garage manually which is very difficult.The TV in the bunk bed room does not work.The upstairs washer machine would constantly display an error message and not work. The front bushes needed trimmed badly.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this property was a huge disappointment.The house itself is beautiful, very spacious, and I loved that every bedroom has its own private bathroom. Unfortunately, the condition of the property and the poor management completely ruined our stay.When we arrived, there were still cleaners inside the house even though we checked in **two hours after the official check-in time**. That should have been our first warning. It was obvious they had rushed through the cleaning because the house was still dirty. It did not feel like a property that had been properly prepared for new guests.The pool had not been cleaned, and the hot tub had mold in it, making it unusable.There were also maintenance issues everywhere. Several door handles and locks were broken, the sofa bed was damaged, one of the sinks didn't work, and one of the toilets became clogged. We contacted the property management immediately, but despite repeatedly asking for help, no one came until we insisted several times.The worst part was having to live with a clogged toilet for several days. The smell became unbearable and spread throughout the house. It was completely unsanitary and unacceptable, especially because the children's bedroom was right next to that bathroom. No family should have to stay in those conditions.For the amount we paid, we expected a clean, well-maintained home and responsive customer service. Instead, we dealt with poor cleaning, broken amenities

We had a wonderful stay! The vacation home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was extremely attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the excellent communication and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
