Fully equipped and featuring a private swimming pool, plenty of parking, and sleeping space for 13, you can bring your whole family and even their friends! You don’t even have to leave your pup at home, we’re pet-friendly!

The Beverly is located on Hollywood Street, just a 2-minute walk from the powdery sands of Frangista Beach, and this vacation rental was modeled after the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel in LA. Palm fronds, sea birds, rose-pink hues, black-and-white stripes, gold hardware, and other 1920s Hollywood details create the ultimate retro-glam getaway.

Stroll up and down Scenic Gulf Dr and find some of the areas finest restaurants and bars, including the Whale's Tail and Pompano Joe's. This location is close to grocery stores and bargain shopping at one of the nation's largest discount designer centers, famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Afterward a long day, cool off with cocktails in your own private pool, or wait for the sun to go down and enjoy a perfect night swim under the stars.

Upon entering the home, you will find a game room, with a wet bar, along with four bedrooms and two full baths. On the second level, you have two master bedrooms with full en-suite baths. The modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living areas are all on the top floor. Just outside you’ll find a wraparound porch, seating to chat with pool-goers, and a grilling area.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.
