Perfect location!

The flat is spacious, clean, well-furnished and very comfortable. The host is very welcoming and helpful. The flat is conveniently located at the end of the tram line and near the bus stop, so we could easily reach the centre of Porto, but also enjoyed exploring a quieter and more residential area. There are many restaurants nearby and the sea-front is beautiful!

Spectacular

Our stay at Casa da Bela Vista was simply spectacular. We arrived on a cold winter day in January (in the middle of the pandemic-and a very strict lockdown) from the USA. We came by ourselves, with no contacts, no relatives, we knew absolutely no one. Luiz’s kindness and hospitality went above and beyond the call of duty. He made us feel very welcome in this new land where we were now “the foreigners.” We are headed to explore more of Portugal, but do plan to return to Porto and when we do, I hope Luiz’s space is available 😊😊 Muito Obrigada Luiz and Christina

Top Lage

Zu Fuß zum Strand, mit Rad nach Matosinhos... Oder mit Bus oder Bahn in die Stadt. Alles ist hier möglich 😊 schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt. Da im Souterrain ist es im Herbst etwas kühl und da es keine zu öffnenden Fenster gibt, klimatisch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig... Aber ansonsten alles top! Wir empfehlen das Appartment gerne weiter. Preis Leistung stimmt! Vielen Dank!

Une semaine chez Mr de Lencastre, entre océan et fleuve, entre quartier chic de bord de mer et centre historique de cette magnifique ville de Porto. Appartement cossu, sympa, propre, bien équipé, un hôte discret, riche de connaissances sur sa ville qu'il fait partager. Imaginatively furnished basement flat in characterful building, great situation near park and river.

We hadn’t realized that our rental was in a basement, below the level shown by this image. A charming and characterful flat, but dark and of course without the views suggested by the name Boa Vista. We enjoyed our stay despite plumbing problems, the worst of which were fixed promptly.

Schöne, geräumige Erdgeschosswohnung direkt an der Atlantikpromenade von Foz do Douro

Eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung mit bester Verkehrsanbindung (sowohl die historische Straßenbahn, als auch eine Buslinie ins Stadtzentrum von Porto halten direkt vor dem Haus), sowie einer wunderschönen Lage direkt an der Douromündung. Die Vermieterfamilie war äußerst freundlich, die Kommunikation (auf Englisch) sehr unkompliziert und immer offen für Fragen. Obwohl die Familie eine Etage über der Ferienwohnung lebt, fühlte man sich zu keinem Zeitpunkt daran erinnert. Die Wohnung ist besonders geeignet für Paare, die eine Mischung aus Erholungs- und Kultururlaub suchen. Von uns gibt es eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Quartier beziehen!

vacaciones agosto

Tiene una ubicación excelente, entre Oporto ciudad y las playas, lo que te permite dar unos paseos muy agradables por la desembocadura del río Duero. El apartamento, que forma parte de un edificio señorial es muy bonito, con muebles de madera, antiguos y una decoración exquisita. Sin embargo, necesita un poco de atención en algunos detalles de la cocina y los grifos del cuarto de baño. Además, al ser un bajo, tiene poca luz natural, pero es lógico si uno quiere disfrutar de un edificio singular. El propietario es muy amable.
