When renting this property just be aware of a few things. The property is not on the South side of North Lake Blvd as shown on the map on the listing. The property is well equipped but VERY tired and dated. The lower level, where the master and the 2nd bedroom are located desperately needs new wall to wall carpet. The carpet is buckling and filthy. All the doors and door jambs through-out are filthy. The lighting in the main family room kitchen combo is horrible. A good clean out, cleaning and a few updates would transform this property! The rug in the family room has a pad under it that is for a much smaller rug and is a horrible tripping hazard. Under the TV in the family room is a huge mess of wires that are visible. Unfortunately, overall, we were just so disappointed.
