Spacious East Hampton Home for families and friends. Perfect for all seasons.

This cozy and beautiful Hamptons house located just minutes from the bay and only 10 minute drive to East Hampton village shops/restaurants and the main beach. Four spacious bedrooms, including a first floor master suite, have hardwood floors throughout and the central air system is perfect for cooling down after a hot day at the beach. Open floor plan leading out to the back deck and gunite pool provides the perfect space to entertain friends and family.

It’s perfect for families and for friends. It’s very comfortable and fully equipped. The backyard gets tons of sunlight and we have furniture outside for meals!! I love having breakfast outside in the morning, the weather is perfect and not too hot..

Must climb stairs - One flight of stair to the second floor
The pool is NOT heated and beach passes are NOT included in the rental.
Renter is responsible to dispose all garbage from the house before checkout!

I love having breakfast outside in the morning, the weather is perfect and not too hot.. I also enjoy walking and running in this neighborhood since there is very little car traffic. Perfect for bike rides as well
