We visited the magical Arenal area 12 years ago and knew we had to own a piece of our own. We are offering this charming guest house for rent so that others may experience the same.

Why they chose this property

Gated development is very private. There are only a few houses built in the area. The lots are large with distance between them. Views of the lake and volcano from this area are the very best in all of Arenal.

What makes this property unique

This property is clean, fresh, and modern, decorated with local flair. The sunsets from the back patio are not to be missed.
