The amenities at the house were excellent. The pool table / movie room and hot tub are family friendly. The main floor layout is spacious and convenient. The bedroom / bathroom configuration is the best feature. 5 bedrooms with 5 baths all with showering ability is excellent. I would recommend furnishing with larger and more absorbent bath towels. The location is very convenient for families focused on sights, activities and restaurants in the Pigeon Forge area. We were there for a family reunion in Maryville which was also reasonably convenient. With the amount of new in process construction very nearby, relaxing outside is not as peaceful as one would hope. It was quiet after dark though. As part of the routine cleaning, spider webs should be removed from the porch and balcony areas. Those we saw and those we removed ourselves appeared to have been there several weeks. The exterior should be treated for carpenter bees. We saw evidence of active boring. While it did not bother us personally, it does take away from a positive sense of attention to detail.

The house made our trip a wonderful experience. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The open living area was so nice and easy for dinner and breakfast. We will definitely be back.
