Located in central Lisbon (Chiado) with many restaurants and cafes, directly on the historical E28 Tram line, and walking distance to main attractions.
Building has elevator and transportation is easy
The apartment includes:
1. Comfortable king-size (180x200cm= 71x79 inch) extra comfortable bed with high quality linen
2. Dining table and fully equipped kitchen with appliances
3. Marble bathroom with walk-in rain shower and 24-hour hot high-pressure water.
4. Comfortable sofa / Sofa bed 80x160cm (31x63 inch)
5. Smart 43” TV + Free Channels
6. Washing / drying machine, iron, and ironing board.
7. Complementary Nespresso coffee and individually wrapped tea bags
8. Safe box, umbrella, plug adaptors, and beach towels
