This spacious 2600 square foot pool home was fully renovated in December 2025 with clean, designer finishes and an open layout built for comfort and connection. *** The Fourth bedroom located by the kitchen with a trundle bed. It includes two twin beds and is ideal for kids or extra guests ***

The home feels bright and modern the moment you arrive. The open floor plan keeps everyone together and makes it easy to relax, gather, and enjoy your stay. This space works well for families, friends, work trips, and visits with loved ones.

The living area is designed for fun and downtime. Play pool. Sing along with the karaoke system. Watch movies or unwind after a long day. Everything is set up to help you enjoy time together.

The designer kitchen is fully updated and functional. Modern appliances and generous counter space make cooking simple. Host dinners, prep meals, or keep things casual while staying connected to the rest of the home.

The property is very conveniently located. It's very welcoming and the open layout more stressful very comforting.They welcomed our two labs , and the pool was very relaxing.I would definitely recommend this home.

The house was exactly as described, a nice and quiet neighbourhood too. Weather was cool early in our stay and the pool was initially too cold to use. Herman was at the home within 15 minutes of emailing him to adjust the temperature.

Great location and a fun space for hosting! The house was perfect for gathering with friends and family, and the game room and karaoke setup were definitely highlights that everyone enjoyed. There was plenty of room for people to hang out comfortably, and the layout worked really well for a group stay.The only downsides were that the host didn’t provide many basic supplies. There was very limited toilet paper and no extra trash bags, and we couldn’t find a broom or vacuum to help keep things tidy during our stay. Extra blankets would have also been nice to have available.One other thing to look out for is fire ants along the driveway area. Just something to be aware of when walking around outside.Overall, it’s a great spot for entertaining and group stays, but it would be even better if a few more basic household essentials were provided.

It is great to know the space worked well for gathering with friends and family. For each stay, including your 4 night stay, we provide a starter set of basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. These are intended to cover normal use during the stay, but we do not stock excessive quantities. We will still review the amount provided to make sure it is appropriate for future guests. Cleaning tools are available in the home, and we will double check their placement so they are easier for guests to find. We will also review the availability of extra blankets. Thank you as well for mentioning the fire ants near the driveway. This can occasionally occur in Florida, especially during warm weather, and we will have our pest control company check the area again. We appreciate the feedback and are glad you enjoyed the home overall. We hope to host you again in the future.
