Parking was a little tight but we managed. The unit was clean but stocked with the bare minimum.

The property was small but cozy. The parking was a little tricky but the host explained it very well. They were a little slow to give check in and wifi (had to ask) but we got the information and found everything. The property itself was very clean. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were provided. Nice towels. Comfy beds. Mini splits worked well. It was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Note, there are only two chairs in the whole tiny apartment so don't expect to be sitting around visiting. It worked for us because we had a lot of activities planned and we weren't there much. There is a small seating area outside, also with two chairs.

The place was very clean and had all amenities. Great location near Rose parade activities. Issue with no hot water for a couple hours. It was fixed and remainder of stay was uneventful!
