This guest stayed with us for a few days and was absolutely wonderful to host. They kept the space neat and tidy, followed all house rules, and communicated clearly and respectfully. We truly appreciate how well they cared for the home and would happily welcome them back anytime!

Very safe neighborhood. All you need for a home base. Was comfortable the entire time. Excellent location, close to everything in Pasadena, Arcadia, and San Gabriel.
Host was fast and responsive! Not the cleanest place in the world, with some ants in the bathroom but was a good home base to go to a concert at the Rose Bowl.

This home was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was present in both bedrooms s well as the living room. Plenty of space for me to enjoy a relaxing weekend. Within walking distance of some excellent dining. Wi-Fi had some issues on a couple of days but the host was very responsive and fixed it within a few hours each time. Kitchen had convenient appliances and items for cooking but lacked salt, pepper, etc.All in all a wonderful stay. Would happily stay there again.

Hello! Joanna, I'm sorry to hear that the paper towels you mentioned are not enough. We have a spare cupboard with paper towels and toiletries in it. I apologize for your poor experience because you didn't find or consult that I needed more supplies. In addition, our kitchen is simple and didn't provide more cabinets. As for condiments, we really didn't provide them. We need to buy them according to our personal needs. There is a list on our configuration that shows that tenants need to buy them themselves. I'm sorry again for not giving you a better experience. I will follow up your valuable suggestions. Look forward to your staying in our house again! This stay was okay. The location was great for all the things we wanted to do in this area. The host was good and responsive. The host provided code and information prior to our arrival which was very helpful. They also ensured we were able to access the home. The reason for the 3 star rating is due to the poor internet service, there was an upstairs apartment and the people were very noise and we could here everything outside. It would be good to have the same bed type in both rooms so that family members to not feel slighted. The bedding had stains on them. The kitchen frying pans need to be updated as the Teflon was all scratched and not safe to cook on. It would have been helpful to have instructions on how to run the heating units in the bedrooms. It was cold due to the rain and we could not figure out how to turn on the heat to heat up the rooms. So thankful for the extra blankets in the rooms. The room had a broken massage chair and needed to be setup a little differently, possible different furniture to help make the home cozy. All in all, we had a good visit to this area.

Due to recent heavy rain in Los Angeles, internet service has occasionally been unstable, and we are continuing to follow up with the provider. The massage chair will be inspected and serviced. A portable heater is available in the closet, and we will make this clearer in future check-in instructions. As the unit is located below a duplex apartment, some normal living noise may be heard, and we will further note this in the listing. Different bed types were selected to accommodate varying preferences for height and firmness.
