The checking in process takes to long upon arrival through security. I wasnt pleased also the place we stayed wasnt allowed to use in door pool. I had stayed on the property before and we had a pool inside. So me and grand children were super upset. Security kept yelling us use those keys but they didn't open up the pool inside so didn't know what they were used for security wasnt sure either. Faculty needs help with information.

We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space in this condo. Affordable and clean! A very short walk to the beach. You can see the flag and ocean from the balcony. There is a great pool view. The beds were extremely comfortable. The resort is family friendly. We will be back!

We’ve stayed at this property location for several years. First time in this apartment. Only complaint, advertised 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. However they was full sized beds. Still worked out for us and was fine. We had to use the sofa bed. Which was no big deal. But was disappointed that they wasn’t the queen size as that’s what led us to select this unit. Would definitely rebook. Would stay with this unit again. No other complaints. Had everything we needed while we was there. Loved the ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room.

The unit was splendid. However, one of the key facets of visiting the Gulf Shores Plantation was a WARM water pool and a sauna. This unit, however, did NOT have access to any indoor pools, which is where the warm water pools and the sauna were located. At the beach, the gulf waters were cold and mostly red-flagged. On the property, there are many pools outside, all too cold to enjoy. We did manage to find a small outdoor hot tub, but this was not as advertised.Would we go back? In the heat of the summer, probably so, as all the pools would be warm; in October through April, no. The communications with the management firm was not very timely when attempting to figure this all out, and their final answer was that they only recently picked up this property and they were not aware of the discrepancies between the advertisement v/s reality for pool access. I called Michelle, who was responsible for all badge access to the indoor pools, and she confirmed this unit has no access to ANY indoor pools.
