Our home is situated on the Northern edge of Lake June. Our home's rear view is mostly glass from which you can enjoy beautiful views all day. Our home is situated with an elevated deck that provides for picturesque sunsets and scenic overviews of the lake. There is nothing quite like this little slice of heaven on earth. Whether you are a family in search of a great place for a summer lake vacation or a couple wanting the best possible place to spend winter, our house is the answer to your need.

Our family has loved coming to Lake Placid for many years. We have many fond family memories of enjoying wonderful days lounging around the dock, boating on the lake or just enjoying the house. This is a great place to invite all the family or friends you want to bring. Come create some memories of your own, you will be glad you did!

in 2011 we completely renovated and modernized the house (all new) and added every personal touch anyone would want. It is tastefully appointed and decorated with our families personal touch.

Brian & Sloan Chapman live in Ft Myers, Florida. Brian is an insurance agent and Sloan has spent her life raising our 5 children. We have 1 daughter and 4 sons. Currently the oldest 4 are married and we have 16 grandchildren, ALL of which love coming to the Lake.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of the Southern exposure but also because it is in a shallow part of the Lake. The depth is about 4 feet off the end of our dock. The water is clear, the bottom is hard packed sand and allows for a lot of fun activities swimming off the end of the dock. This is a perfect place for small children.

What makes this property unique

We love this house because of all the small personal touches we've added that make it so nice. You will enjoy sitting on the swing on the dock at sunset or sitting at the picnic table in the early morning coolness with a hot cup of coffee watching the mirror like lake wake up.
