The room was just as described and Zach was great about communicating with us. We stayed for one night to see a concert nearby and it was perfect for our needs.

Everything was great other than housekeeping showed up an hour before my checkout time.

Reanna, glad the stay itself hit the mark, and the early housekeeping knock is a fair point that helps us tighten up the timing for everyone. Hope to have you back for a smoother checkout experience next time.

The washing machine was an issue. We couldn't play football with our kid in the pool. The lifeguard was stingy with pool noodles

The main bedroom door does not lock and has a gap in it that you can see through. The couch is pretty uncomfortable and we could not get the bedroom tv's to work. Other than that the property is in a great location and walking distance from multiple venues and had plenty of room for the amount of people we had with us.
