We enjoyed a weekend girls/kids beach trip and this place accommodated us well! The communication and check in process was 5 stars. It was a little tricky to find which parking lot our building was in - we didn’t note until after that the buildings have the numbers on the side. That might be nice to know ahead of time. The place was pretty clean and felt updated in some ways like the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. The carpet throughout is very stained and made the place feel dirty in that way. Definitely not decorated or homey, but housed us well enough. Could use some upgrades like the pillows - they were very flat. The kitchen didn’t have any extras like oil to cook with or dish towels but it did have extra dishwasher detergent probably left by sometime else. Some ice cube trays would bring a nice addition!The one bathroom light didn’t work but the vanity mirror had a light and they were wiling to come look at it right away if we wanted. We enjoyed the pool nearby - it was clean and big and had an outdoor shower.The walk to the beach is straightforward and took maybe 10 minutes. Great beach access with a nice plastic runway to get down to the sand.Overall I would say the place doesn’t offer anything extra or fancy but it does the job and we enjoyed our stay without any issues!

The linens were clean and the bathrooms. They left necessities for use which was nice.However, the carpet throughout is seriously stained and needs to be replaced. The couch, the livingroom and 2nd bedroom blinds, closet doors, smoke alarm, bathroom shelf and a bed were all broken. Trash area in kitchen also smelled terrible (there were onions under the actual trash cans in the cabinet). No comforter on the main bed (I took a small twin sized one from the other room to use). Previous tenant took parking pass. But a new one was delivered quickly. I just felt like the place could’ve used a little love and some decorating. The furniture in the living room was pretty old and and there were no pictures or anything on the walls in the living room, kitchen or the main bedroom just kind of odd and boring. There was also a window in the main bedroom that had no curtain, so the people that live upstairs or rent can see into your bedroom each time they walk up the stairs. It was a little uncomfortable. The host was very nice and very responsive. I almost felt bad telling him all those things were wrong with his house, but hopefully they can work on it and fix things up. The kitchen has been renovated, which was very nice to have that. It was nice to have the pool. None of these things ruined our time at the beach, but I would think if you’re having people stay here you might wanna fix it up some.
