Enjoy the expansive 5BD mountain home featuring a Sauna, Pool Table, Hot Tub, Firepit, BBQ & Foosball. Take in stunning views of Bear Mountain & the Lake on our large decks, just minutes from Bear Mountain. Our fully equipped kitchen opens to a dining area with seating for 8+ guests. The massive living room anchored by a cozy wood burning fireplace, is perfect for gathering after a day on the slopes. With room for large groups and families, we sleep up to 16 guests comfortably with room to spare
Must abide by maximum occupancy of 16 guests and Max vehicles of 6 cars
Guests must sign the `Good Neighbor Policy` form required by the city before arrival
No hot tub use between the hours of 10pm and 7am
Parking in designated parking only, no off street parking
No smoking, vaping or drug use inside the home
No amplified noise 24/7
Trash may be left in can as long as its not overflowing. If you have too much trash you can take it for free to the trash site located at 41970 Garstin Rd, Big Bear Lake, ca 92315
