⏰ For Early Check-in and Late Check-out Request;
Please reach out to check for availability and approval. We require all properties pre-inspected after housekeeping before check-in. If you arrive before the inspection is completed, please let us know if you’d prefer the inspector to leave upon your arrival or if you’d like to request that they vacate.
⏰ Late Check-Out Without Approval;
There is a $50 late checkout fee if you are at the property more than 30 minutes after the 10AM standard checkout time.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood located in Phoenix with beautiful mountain views. The neighbors are awesome so please be respectful of them during your stay.
Getting Around:
Getting here is a breeze if you drive a rental, but Uber and Lyft are also readily available options.
Other Things to Note:
For guest safety, there are security cameras at the front door and driveway. No cameras inside the home.
Noise monitors are installed on the exterior; they do not record, only measure decibel levels to ensure no parties.
All City of Phoenix ordinances apply during your stay.
Landscaping and pool maintenance service the property 1–2 times per week. Exact day/time cannot be guaranteed.
Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy
Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.
For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.
