For shared use: property (fenced), terraced garden with plants and flowers, swimming pool fenced (12 x 8 m, depth 40 - 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, table tennis, children's playground. In the house: lift. Excellent holiday rental.

This apartment is spectacular,having stayed in Calpe for the last 14 years and experienced many different locations,this is the best.Near to beach,supermarket and can even hear the sea at night with beautiful views.Only thing lacking is some folding chairs to sit around the pool but this is only a minor factor.

Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist toll, somit ist die Lage optimal. Nicht mehr optimal ist der Zustand der Wohnung, hier müsste dringend nachgebessert werden.
