Overall the stay was wonderful! The only misleading part of this stay was that there was AC. The living room where 2 guests were sleeping had no AC unit and was very hot and uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect! Including the hosts response to concerns in a timely manner.

Wonderful property with an easy walk to three beaches. Loved being able to play in the waves and enjoy all that Koloa has to offer. The only item we wished was different was the air conditioning. The listing shows that there is AC, which is true. They had portable conditioning units in the bedrooms only, not in the living/dining/kitchen area. It wasn’t a big issue though, because they also supplied a lot of fans. Thanks for the hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay in Poipu and would definitely recommend this property to families visiting Kauai.The condo was clean, quiet, spacious, and well-maintained. It was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, appliances, and other amenities that made our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and snorkeling gear, which were a great bonus for our family with kids.The location was convenient, about 10 minutes from the Poipu beaches and any local attractions. The air conditioning worked well, which was especially appreciated during the hot July days and nights.Overall, we had a very positive experience.A couple of suggestions for improvement:The 4:00 PM check-in time felt a bit late, particularly since the property appeared to be vacant before our arrival. We requested an earlier check-in but were unable to accommodate it. Likewise, the 10:00 AM checkout felt somewhat early and made our departure day feel rushed. Even an extra hour of flexibility on either end would significantly enhance the guest experience. While the property is conveniently located near the beach, it is not a place where you can sit and enjoy sunset views directly from the property. To enjoy the sunset, you'll need to drive to one of the nearby beaches. Fortunately, Poipu offers many beautiful spots to explore and watch the sunset.

Great stay at this property, we were overall very satisfied with everything. It is equipped with all needed for a family vacation, including 6 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, 2 boogie boards, 3 snorkeling sets, etc. Pool is excellent, not crowded. Outdoor Webber grill is clean and good. Well maintained outdoor grounds. Helpful and carrying CBB staff. Great locations, in a 5 min walking distance to 3 popular beaches. Shopping centers nearby. If raining in Poipu, drive west 25 min to the best Salt Pond beach were almost never rains. Salt Pond is a hidden local gem, with calm waters, not crowded, lifeguards on duty, good snorkeling, and monk seals napping in the sunshine. We had a good family vacation here, we're sure next guests will as well.
