This 6-bedroom, 5-bath vacation home features a beautiful open-concept layout with cozy living room seating, a kitchen island, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach.

The first floor includes 2 primary suites, which both have a king beds with an attached bathrooms, a bunk room with twin over twin bunks, and a room with 2 full beds. On this level, you will also find a game room with a smart tv, pool table, and balcony access with pool and Sound views. On the second floor, you will find 2 more primary suites, which both have a king beds with an attached bathrooms, spacious kitchen with an island, formal dining area, and living space with a smart tv. On this floor, you will also experience balcony access with sweeping water views that can be seen from the living area.

Property was as listed, VERY clean when we got there. Location is excellent. We had no issues during our stay. Plenty of space for our family. We had a wonderful vacation!

Nice location. Convenient to Sound and Gulf. Pool was clean but needs some attention. Deck, stairs and outdoor lighting all need reworking by the owner especially since the kitchen is up two stories accessible only by stairs, some of which have no light. Door locks were a problem that was recognized by mgmt but not addressed during our stay. Sink disposal did not work and the house lacks small plates or small mixing bowls. Otherwise, kitchen was very nicely appointed. Parking area flooded up to 5 inches every time it rained. And the parking slab level changes are absolutely treacherous - 4 of 7 in our party stubbed toes.
