This is a great property with high potential. It is truly private situated well off the road in a central Texas country setting. We had some mechanical and maintenance issues upon arrival, but our host addressed them as best as possible for our short stay. Just of note, be prepared for some “old oilfield” aromas - this part of Texas has always been known for sulphur in the waters.

Good location. Very relaxing view, great outdoor set up. Exceptionally comfortable visiting area inside. The beds are comfortable and having so many bathrooms was excellent for our large family. The 2 good sized bedrooms on the first floor were just right for my elderly parents and my youngest brother and his wife. The adjoining walk-in shower for those bedrooms was perfect. Good kitchen and plenty of seating at the dining table.
