Thank you so much for the kind review! We’re glad you enjoyed the clean, beautiful home and that communication was great. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!
It was an amazing house. Very roomy. It was very clean and well kept. Matt was very helpful and attentive. Even checked in on us while we were there. My only recommendations for this property would be fans, and mattress toppers. Overall, a great exerperience.Would definitely be a recommendation for anyone staying in this area.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious, clean home and felt well taken care of during your stay. We appreciate the suggestions and your recommendation. We’d love to host you again!
The home was nice and roomy. However, the days we were there, the temperatures were in the 90s. The upstairs was basically unusable due to the heat. The AC did not have nearly enough cooling ability to cool anything above the first floor. Some of our group with a toddler and 4-year old slept on the bed by the family room and also on the couch where it was well cooled. We managed to use the one upstairs bedroom nearest the street, but only out of necessity. It was probably around 85 and we had to cool ourselves with wash cloths and keep fans blowing on us all night just to get an uncomfortable sleep. The other upstairs bedrooms were too hot to use (probably in the 90s). If the cooling issue can be improved, this will make for a nice place even in the summer.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious home, and we’re sorry the heat made your stay uncomfortable. We understand how difficult that must have been, especially with young children. We appreciate you bringing the cooling concerns to our attention and will continue looking into ways to improve the comfort upstairs during the summer.
Great location, enough space for large groups, has everything you need. It's a 3 story beautiful old brick home. The floors are uneven & so are the very narrow stairs but not much you can do about the old architecture just worth notating. The 2nd & 3rd floors do not have sufficient air conditioning. It was easily 80-90 the further up there you went. Wish that had been disclosed in the listing as we were traveling with 2 seniors & 3 kids. The host was quick to respond & have fans delivered which helped a little but no one got any sleep the 1st night, it was very-VERY uncomfortable. Day 2 they brought a window AC unit which was incredibly kind, I just wish it wasn't in the hallway as the bedrooms were still very hot but more manageable with the AC & fans. There is a major hornet/wasp problem outside. In their defense, it appears to be the whole block but it was still scary for someone deathly allergic. If you have a bigger car, don't even attempt the very narrow alley to access the driveway behind the house. Just park on the street. My car mirrors got tore up but again, not the hosts fault but others should know. Over all, it was still a great stay for the weekend. A little pricey but served it's purpose. Everyone had their own space, plenty of beds, pillows, blankets and towels. The living room couch is a dream! So comfy to cuddle up & watch movies. Beautiful large kitchen & dining room, second living space & 3 large bathrooms. I would recommend & book again.

Thank you for the detailed feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the spacious home, comfortable living areas, and great layout for your group. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort from the upstairs temperatures and appreciate your patience while we brought additional fans and an AC unit. We also appreciate you pointing out the other details, as they help us improve the guest experience. We're happy to hear you still enjoyed your stay and would love to host you again!
We had a good stay overall and might consider this home again for a group trip. The location is excellent — very close to shops and Elliott Coffee, and easy to get around Dayton/bellevue and nearby areas. The house appears to have been very recently purchased and flipped, and nearly everything inside is brand new (some décor still had price tags on it). The home was also immaculately clean when we arrived. The space itself worked very well for a group, with plenty of beds and lots of room to spread out. That said, a few things kept this from being a 5-star stay. The renovation feels quite a bit budget in places. The new refrigerator wasn’t connected to the water line, so there was no filtered water. The mattresses were extremely firm — uncomfortable enough that we considered sleeping on the couch — and the blankets provided were thin coverlets, which weren’t ideal for cold weather. Also, while there are many sleeping areas, there are really only three bedrooms with doors that close (queen bed, king bed, attic), which is important for anyone who needs privacy. We’d encourage the host to add a few comfort upgrades like mattress pads, warmer blankets, and a kitchen trash can to make the space feel more complete and cozy. The host did check in on us during the stay, which we appreciated.Overall, a great location and good group space. A few comfort improvements, especially with the beds, would really elevate the experience.
