Experience Lake Milton like a local in this 3-bedroom family home. Despite the confusing address, we are in fact on Lake Milton. Bring your boat to our dock or rent one from the marina. We are on the quite side of town in a no wake zone that makes our waterfront prefect for kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing.
The gorgeous, newly renovated, fully furnished space features two queen beds, a twin over full bunk bed, and entertainment space. Guests will enjoy high end furnishings, original hardwood floors, terrazzo kitchen tiles and luxurious appliances throughout the home.
Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this phenomenal home offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The bike trails, golf course and boat launch are within half a mile from the house. The public marina, Craig Beach, Amphitheater, state park, frisbee course, winery, brewery and town center are all within 2 miles. If you're looking for other local attractions, don't miss out on whoever is at the Covelli Center or perhaps a romantic tour Glamorgan Castle.

Very nice place definitely need to keep in mind that it's a 200 cleaning fee even if you leave and it's clean along with a few other fees from verbo

We are Ohio locals and love the beauty of all four seasons. When we aren't cheering on our kids at their sporting events, we love to be outside hiking and on the water.

Why they chose this property

We've been coming to Lake Milton with friends for years and instantly had a dream to have our own home on the water of this special, little town. In July of 2025 we purchased what you might call, "a fixer-upper" and dove right in with the inside. By the end of the year we finished restoring the house to it's mid-mod glory. Now in 2026 we are working on the outside and creating a place we never want to leave!

What makes this property unique

One of our favorite things about this house is that it is so private. We are on a private street, down the channel where there is a lot less boat activity. It makes it the perfect location for fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking with younger kids. Across the water, there's acres and acres of wooded area and we always spot bald eagles in the trees.
