This location was fantastic. Right on the beach, three full sized pools and it's away from the congested side of Perdido. It is still close to all the businesses so no need to fret. The building itself doesn't look remarkable, but the inside of the condo was nicely renovated and decorated. My daughter did complain about not having a starfish decoration on her door. Hopefully next time it will be there because we would love to rent this condo again. A word of advice is to park towards the exit because that stairwell is the closest to the condo. The elevators can be slow due to them being limited. You do pay for a parking pass separately, but it wasn't an issue and the guard made the process seamless. Overall we loved it and would recommend it to anyone that needs a small beachfront condo.
