The property was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The parking lot is a bit tight for larger vehicles but they have overflow parking for larger vehicles or extra cars and they offer two parking passes. AC in the unit worked great and offered enough kitchen essentials to make an awesome seafood dinner.

Room was comfortable and convenient to beach. Worked for long weekend last minute beach trip. However communication with property host or communication with an issue we had with property was impossible. There was never a person in office the whole time we were there.

Overall everything was good. We especially liked the pet friendly aspect. The listed photos were a bit optimistic compared to the actual room. A few relatively simple upgrades, like a ceiling fan, ceiling paint, and stable shower doors could help (the shower doors were off the track and my husband had to put them back on so that they could be used). We will definitely consider staying here again.

Tried to reach office d during their business hours, no response did not have the code to use the washing machine so I was unable to wash the towels

I remember when there was an office on site here. Property manager did come quickly when we asked for assistance. But no coffee! Really? Also very few dishes and she had to bring us plates and bowls. Also, please get a bigger dish rack. The tiny one is a joke. Love the location but would have appreciated a better view since the place was practically empty during the week.

The property and rooms were very clean. The furniture (bed) and such reflects the price. Bobbi was very fast to respond to any questions or requests that I had. Ended up buying a beach parking pass as the trek to the beach was a little more challenging than I expected but it is doable. Just the very basics in the way of dishes so if there’s anything in particular that you need for a planned dinner I would suggest bringing it. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here if this is what’s in your budget.
