Spanning 550 square feet, this studio features a king-size bed and a sofa sleeper, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom provide everything you need for a convenient and comfortable stay. Just steps from the beach, this studio offers the perfect combination of poolside relaxation and easy beach access the best of both worlds.

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Amazing room, well priced, fabulous location. The only negative was we had to wait over an hour before we could check in due to the room not being ready and a minor repair needed for a cabinet.

We went on a three day trip for the Santis. It was a short walk to the beach from the condo. The condo was clean. It was quiet at night. I would definitely stay here and Recommend others to stay

The walk to the beach was nice and front desk was so sweet. In the condo please add more pans for cooking and a pizza slicer . We had to go out to the store to purchase a pizza pan an pizza slicer

Great stay

It was a good stay. Everything was fine. The only few things I would say that could be listed to make sure we were prepared was that there was no salt or coffee filters. And for the complex itself, pool was closed for cleaning, so that was a bit of a bummer.

Cold greeting from checking in and out

The property is very nice, condo is in excellent shape and comfortable- however 1st impressions are everything and the reception at the office is very disappointing at best, people are on a trip, vacationing and wanting to have fun and enjoy the trip and to have a person at the office with 0 kindness and love of her job is a real downer. There was absolutely “no” “Hope y’all enjoy your stay” “Hope you enjoyed your stay, we hope you’ll come back and see us, Thank you!

Cleanliness, yea right…

After check in, we noticed hair and VOMIT in the bed. We notified management and thankfully got that resolved quickly. Later that night, after using a towel to dry off. I noticed fecal matter on the towel I had just used! Overall the property is in sore shape and needs a lot of work. Clearly the management and housekeeping forgot to check the room before check in. Do not waste your money here.

We apologize for any inconvenience the linen situation may have caused to your stay. Casa strives to maintain the highest quality services to guests. There was no vomit or fecal matter on the linens in question - there was, however, rust staining and discoloration on the linens from the metal containers they were previously kept in. Those linens have since been disposed of, all linens replaced, and inspection processes improved.
