From the moment you drive onto the property through the electronically monitored gates, you will be impressed with the quality of the grounds and the feeling of safety Kelly Greens affords every guest. Country Club membership is transferable for a small fee ($400 for 1-3 months, $600 for up to 6 months to be paid by the renter) provides access to all facilities. Facilities also include a full practice range with over 20 grass hitting stations, an extensive short game practice area and a 9,000 square foot putting green, all maintained exactly like the golf course.

There were so many things wrong with this stay we are going to write it all in a letter and submit it to not only the owners (4) also VRBO. Nothing has been done to this point to rectify things.
Promised unlimited golf. Did not say anything about a $400 transfer fee or paying $80 dollars around for the golf.
Filter taken out the HVAC unit which I replaced.
Dust and dirt under the spare bedroom.
Dust and dirt everywhere.

As the owners we try our best to accommodate every renter to make sure they have a wonderful stay. We take full responsibility for a miscommunication about the terms of the golf membership transfer and the fees any renter is responsible for per round and have adjusted the listing to be very specific now. We attempted to offset the per round fees they were not expecting for cart fees; however, every attempt was rejected as 'a matter of principal'. The property was completely renovated, professional duct cleaners were hired, and a professionally cleaning service before they arrived. The dust bunny's were in one room only. In the first week, the fridge starting leaking, we replaced it immediately. Yes it was an inconvenience for the renters to be there for delivery, but we saw no alternative. For the imposition, we extended the renters stay free of charge, which they accepted. The renters then started to negotiate a special rate for next year to return. We were told that $1,000 discount 'was not even in the ball park'. We made every effort to make the renters happy and have received outstanding feedback from subsequent renters. Look for 5 star ratings going forward!
